What new cars are looking promising to you?
For green cars bar none is the 2016 Chevy Volt.
For SUV/Truck the new Eco Clean Diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Ram Eco Diesel. EPA MPG is 29-30 MPG.
For sports cars I really like the new Acura NSX.

I'm excited for when the shop finishes fitting an anti-aircraft gun on my 2007 Subaru Forester.

Are you shopping for cars, TI?
Time Immemorial
Lol
Not really, I got a good truck that I need to drop another 100-200k more on it before I think about something else.

The Chevy Volt looks deceptively cool from the front. From the side it looks like your Aunt Harriet's car.

I care less about looks and more about efficiency, also, check these batteries out.

With the current projections, one might have to fill up once a year for gas.

Instead of the Chevy Volt, I'd go with the Nissan Leaf.
When it comes out, the Tesla Model 3.

Tesla Model 3 for me as well, really excited about it.

For mid-size sedans: The new Chevrolet Malibu with it's tech that helps parents monitor their child's driving performance.
For pick-up trucks: The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor looks interesting. Still the best pick-up truck since it's inception, imho.

It looks like the car has a damn face. They must be taking precautions in case Pixar makes anymore "Cars" movies. Especially the blue Volt looks like it is giving a smile that says I'm about to be raped by hobo's.

Too much chrome.
Nobody likes chrome on their cars nowadays, at least in my place.

I just realized that most people on this forum are loaded.

I don't think I will ever purchase a new car. I always go for used ones. I also refuse to spend more then 6-8 grand on a vehicle.
AsbestosFlaygon
I only buy new cars every 5 years.
Never bought used cars.
But if I find a Supra or Skyline R33 in mint condition, I won't mind spending money on those babies.

I intend to keep driving my Subaru for another ten years, or at least until I have enough money to buy something new.

I am also outraged at the implication. Just because I want a Model 3 as secondary car in my 3rd vacation home doesn't make me "loaded"
