I think I'd side with Malgus.

It's a good fight, though - he really only slightly edges Malgus out in some of those areas.

Agreed on all accounts

Malgus, he's mastered his power much greater than Skywalker has. His Force powers are better and he can hold up in a duel until he can beat Annie with lightning or TK.

I'd say Anakin.

As far as I'm concerned the Anakin in Invisibe, a hand is what we are going by right, if not he may still win but I'm not sure.

I think ROTJ Vader is above ROTS Anakin and Malgus is in between so he should take this in a good fight.

Pretty sure he can stomp him if he's fighting like he did against Dooku

And of course he's already innately more skilled and has better showings across the board than Malgus

Anakin can't stomp Dooku on a daily basis, though. At best, he'd fight as good as he did aboard the Invisible Hand 3/10 times. However, he'd still beat Dooku for a majority as of RotS.

Anakin would win in my op, but it wouldn't be easy.

Malgus ragdolls Urs and Nova, since he can't do it to Anaking.

Anakin is everything Malgus is but with far more raw power. This comes down to a strength battle and in that regard Anakin has pretty much everyone beat.

Anakin wins narrowly (ie he takes the majority, but has to work for it).

Malgus only (arguably) has the advantage in lightsaber skill and experience (but less so than Tyranus). He has a bit more Force strength than Tyranus, but it just isn't enough to offset Anakin's.
