Russia doesn't have the scientific competency to make any weapon that can "overcome even the most technically advanced anti-missile defence systems".

It's definitely some sabre-rattling though.

I think we need to slap Putin down for this comment alone. That sounded almost like a thinly veiled threat. An announcement of "we could overcome to defenses of ANY country, wink wink".

I think Putin is actually dumb enough to think he could tussle with any country and come out unscathed. Which is probably more reason then ever to get rid of him. Is this country still helping overthrow dictators and shit in other countries? If so, get on this Putin stuff asap.

Cold war? Maybe. Actual war, nope. Putin's official net worth is around 70billion dollars, he's never going to launch a nuke unless he feels it's the only way to save his life. This is just dick-waving to the US.

Unofficially, he's said to be worth over 200billion, from years of funneling government money that should have gone to infrastructure such as rebuilding roads, tunnels, bridges and public works such as schools and hospitals into his own accounts. Guy's an Alpha-Level thief.

The man has an action figure of him shirtless while riding a bear. While awesome..it also shows he is crazy. I don't trust this guy who acts like he has just been waiting in the dark for an excuse to do something like this.

It makes zero sense to me why Putin thinks he needs so many extra nukes. It's not like he already doesn't have enough (just like we do) to wipe us and most of the other countries in the world too off the map. Someone should explain to the man the meaning of the word "overkill". It wouldn't matter if he had a billion more nukes than we do because we still have more than enough to destroy his country and most of the rest of the world several times over if he ever launches a single one at us. Everyone knows that no one ever wins a nuclear war.


The only thing that really worries me is that he'll someday soon launch an EMP attack and send us back to the Dark Ages. He'll enjoy watching us slowly destroy ourselves from within when/if we are stripped of our modern-day technology for months or maybe even years.

Well Putin is crazy. He is batshit insane in fact. But ignoring all that, if they aren't aggressive why do they need 40 more nukes?
