What is more impressive, when a character bench presses a planet or the same character having enough restraint to pick a single blade of grass?

The grass is more impressive.

Picking the grass blade is about control, the planet thing is about power. I always tend to place raw power over fine control, but that is just me.

So you would rather rip a loved ones arm off over being able to shake their hands?

This was about what we find more impressive, not what we would rather do.

Though to answer your question..yes.

Not sure how picking a blade of grass is impressive for a human sized character...they wouldn't need to use any restraint.
