Stipulations:
*Frieza trains nonstop for 8 months prior to this battle (which should give him twice the increase we saw in the movie.)
*Frieza cannot access his golden form here, and is restricted exclusively to his 4th form.

Scenario 1- Frieza vs. base ROF Goku.
Scenario 2- Frieza vs SSJGSS Goku.

How goes this?

What Freeza did in RoF was draw out all of his potential power:

In order to do this, he required 4 months of training:

While I'm sure further training beyond the 4 month mark would allow Freeza to refine his powers/forms so that they weren't so incredibly taxing to maintain(lack of stamina was his Golden form's downfall against Goku, for example), I'm fairly confident that he'd plateau for the most part after that point. Once all potential energy is drawn out, there isn't really much further to go(sans additional transformations, of course.)

Liken it to Shin Gohan. After Elder Kaioshin's ritual was complete, and all of Gohan's dormant power had been unlocked, it's not like Kaioshin could have performed the same ritual again, and doubled the amp. Once your peak is reached, that's it. You can't have a 'peaksquared'.

Anyway, if your intent is simply for Freeza to be 2x more powerful than he was in RoF, then he takes the first scenario for sure. In his 4th form, Freeza had become powerful enough to give base Goku a pretty good fight--this is the same base Goku who fared quite well against 70% Beerus in BoG, mind you. Double that power, and Freeza should win handily.

As for the second scenario: it really depends what the multiplier is for Freeza's Golden form, as it was =/> SSJGSSJ Goku initially. It was only when the form began to drain Freeza(it required a lot of energy to maintain, because he wasn't yet accustomed to it) that Goku gained the upper hand.

As I saw it, Goku was >Freeza and Freeza had to cheat to win.

was SSGSS Goku stronger than Beerus? Because these multipliers dont seem to match up

Galan007
Whis said it would take SSJGSSJ Goku+SSJGSSJ Vegeta working together to challenge 100% Beerus, implying that Beerus > them individually. However, it was also stated that SSJGSSJ Goku > 70% Beerus, so meh...

I still don't understand why Goku going standard!SSJ in his post-God state is any different from when he turned into SSJGSSJ. I mean, clearly the latter is more powerful, but what's the actual technical difference?

Goku shit stomps
