Agreed, but we need to remember that feat-wise Vermin ain't pushover himself. Hell, he's one of the scariest Spider-villains that made Parker piss himself during night. And day.

I was actually talking about their later encounter where Pete was in a Fck u mode while looking for a kidnapped child. Vermin was among several super villains he routinely beat up.
