1. Slug fest. No force field for otherwise full power Juggernaut. No strength amp/flight/board/power manip for Silver Surfer.

2. Slug fest. Force field Juggernaut. Silver Surfer gets strength amp. No flight/board/energy manip.

Both scenarios no prep no BFR.

As I'd write it ...

Slugfests work to Jugg's advantage. He's a brawler, Surfer isn't. However, I don't see him seriously hurting Surfer anymore than (preWW) Hulk ever did, and I could see Surfer getting in a few good shots. But essentially, though Juggs won't put Surfer down for the count (anymore than Hulk could), throughout the fight, he will dominate.

Trying to guage SS on a brick level.
I obviously low balled him against Colossus yesterday, so i went to the other end of the spectrum with Juggernaut.
If this doesnt make for a good match up, i'm not even going to try for a middle ground.

Champion's another tough one (for me) to gauge. I want to put him against DC characters, but always say "nah".

I don't see how the Surfer wins this at all. cain would be immune to anything that was thrown at him by the Surfer. It's that magical thing that would stump the Surfer, and if it ever came to a physical exchange, Cain would win. The Hulk is easily manipulated via cosmic energy exploitation on the Surfers part. Cain is a different beast altogether.

According to the issue he ruled a planet they gave him braclets that amped him and he turned around and destroyed their planet with them on it. Silver Surfer and Nova felt the deaths of the people and went to investigate what happened and found Champion in the rubble

Surfer would probably lose Scenario 2, but Scenario 1 is debatable.

Surfer's no chump in a slug-fest. He's done things like...

- Beat-down Classic Abomb with his fists (while weakened).
- Beat-down Super Skaar with his fists.
- Beat-down BRB with his fists.
- Nearly splatters Super Skrulls brains with one punch.
- Traded blows with Krosakis who had Gladiator's strength + Uni Power stacked
- Physically held his own against Millennius for an extended period after having most of his PC drained.
- Overpowering Mephisto in his own realm (to save Shalla-Bal's soul).
- Etc.

But you're making it hard to gauge by not allowing PC or amping, but technically Surfer didn't "explicitly" amp himself in the above scenes, except maybe the Mephisto feat.

man, Champion's an a-hole lol!

Champion destroyed that planet with an energy attack.

Also juggernaut beats the shit out of surfer.

Then Nova goes to get Drax who has the power gem they get there Champion runs at Drax and get one-shotted

That seems to be the general opinion.
Its given me a pretty good idea of what i wanted to know, so thank you and the others.

PC ain't beating Juggs' FF.

Surfer's chances are better in scenario no. 1.

I like his nature, and i dont see it changing, thankfully. He survived the 90s without spiking himself up and breathing fire. Worst thing to happen back then was the decadent foil cover...

Juggs most likely takes both if you're talking about an actual slugfest... really just be a matter of time. Just barring the powers listed though still leaves the options of things like telepathy and more exotic things for Surfer and he'd def have a chance in that kind of scenario.
