Hal as Parallax at his peak, vs Glorith and Mordru when they each had half of the Infinite Man's power.

Who wins?

Going with Glorith and Mordru. IIRC Brainy said they could destroy the universe in seconds.

Couldn't Hal as Parralax recreate universes?

He "did" recreate the universe, more or less. Spectre and all the power.focusing through Damage simply finished the job.

But the Infinite Man's power spans across the multiverses, from big bang to collapse and on again. It's why's he's called the Infinite Man, because he encompasses the infinite flow of time.

All of space and time isn't big enough for Mordru's new Infinite Man powered consciousness.

their power was actually affecting more than one universe, altering time in several as character from the 3boot universes were being erased from their various histories IIRC, been a while since I read last.

What you are saying about Infinite Man might be true, but if his best feat is destroying a universe then that doesn't really put him ahead of Hal.

cdtm
Not simply a universe. ALL of time.

That includes Elseworlds, branching timelines, he basically IS the timestream.

Surtur
Yes, but destruction is easier then creation and Hal did not just destroy, but created. Then again apparently he needed some help in order to do it, so I think that maybe taints it.

Though didn't Hal kill the Time Trapper as well?
