Not sure. The best i can think of is probably

Gantoris.

Probably Kam Solusar although it's a hard fight.

probably a few of the other members of the Inaugural class.

Desann would beat Eeth Koth, Sylvar, i dunno maybe Kao Cen Darach? Not sure if he could take him, Desann's not bad though.
