Vitiate is not superior to Sidious. He's not even on par till Ziost. And he certainly wasn't on par at the time HoT fought him.

I think you underestimate the HoT. And Vitiate. And ToR. Shame.

I'm not sure. I want to say Luke but the HoT can bring a lot to the table. I'm going with Luke but he has to work for it. Death Sidious is more powerful than vitiate.
