I'm legitimately not sure if Winter Soldier could put Agent Orange down. At all.

He has a gun that killed a planet... Bucky kills him.

Standard equipment?

Yes? He took over Fury's job after Original Sin so he also has power armor capable of fighting Thor.

How many times has he used it? Guy seems unstoppable with it, but if he's only used it recently. it's not really standard.

I didn't finish Original Sin because of how stupid it was, but yeah, if Winter Soldier literally just got this job, I'm wary of calling that stuff standard equipment.

Has he even used it at all yet? Sounds like it requires prep. Fury wouldn't be allowed Thor-class armor in a random forum encounter either.

He was shown using it at the end of OS but I don't think he's shown up since. (Because he's in space alone)
