Team 1 wins. Bane's a better duelist than Marek and Ulic is at least on par with the Exile and has solid feats.

Galen Marek is the most powerful here, has dueling feats at least on par with any one here and tips the scales in this fight pretty drastically.

Meetra is also better than Ulic and can take on Bane.

I think I'd give Ulic a little more credit in his fight though.
