Remove all of the Z fighters along with Goku grandpa and let's start Goku at the age when he fought against Tien. Could Goku have taken over the world. Raditz said that at the age Goku was at when he first arrived on Earth, he could've taken over the planet. Is this true? With this increase in power, could Goku have taken over if he wasn't hit upside the head as a child (which changed him)? Remember, he starts off at the power level he was at when he fought Tien for the first time.

The battle begins when Goku first arrives on Earth. Go!!!

Counting full moon power ups? Yes he would have taken over

Everything counts, but, he can only do full moon at night. In THE Dragonball verse, humans seem to not mind using Nukes.

In the DB universe, his Great Ape form is well above anything any Earthling can do to him. The age you're starting him at, he was almost the strongest being on the planet in his reg form. He stomps puny Earth

Juggerman's right. Goku at that age would stomp all over everything that Earth could pull out to fight him. Even if Pilaf unsealed King Piccolo in an attempt to beat him, if Goku was great ape when they fought, he would literally kill him by accidentally stepping on him.

The only way Earth would have a chance, is if Kami and King Piccolo fused. And I don't see that happening, since the only reason they fused in the first place, was because Piccolo had turned good, since being reborn as Majunior.

What about during the day though? It's not like he was great ape during the day and going ape mode would probably get him killed. Remember, every time he went ape mode, when he changed back to his mortal form, he was knocked out.

He would need an eternity to take over earth, it's too big and I think the nukes and the armies would take him out rather easily. We have a bunch of modern weapons that would hurt him. Also his tail could be cut by a sword, I don't see a reason why it wouldn't be this way in our world. It would be a nice spectacle, like in the Movies with Godzilla at night and at day it would be a hunt.

Diamao Piccolo could bust cities, max power Roshi could mountain bust, that and DB characters vastly outclass our righter jets in speed by a large margain

Who would kill him when he turned back though? As a great ape, he would utterly destroy anything in his way. The only way he could be beaten is by destroying the moon, and Roshi probably wouldn't even know about the world being destroyed, since he lives on a secluded island.

Since Goku wouldn't go around telling people about his weakness, no one would think to grab his tail, or cut it off when he's a great ape.

Um... Kid Goku flicked nukes away when he fought the RR army. And those were nukes that destroyed entire mountains. That's something even modern day nukes would be incapable of doing. Not to mention that even Master Roshi scoffed at machine gun fire, as he was catching the bullets in his hand. And when he was attacking Pilaf's castle, Goku even got hit with missiles while he was a great ape, and didn't even feel them.

And btw, Goku's tail got cut by a pair of magical scissors that were being wielded by someone as strong as he was. Yamcha was probably enforcing the scissors with ki. Anyway, the tail has always been his weakness, but no one would know that. The only reason they ever knew in the first place was because he told them.

And Kid Goku has survived way worse attacks then nukes, in base form. Great ape Goku wouldn't even feel them. As a Great ape, he would have tanked even Roshi's moon busting kamehameha wave. We don't have ANY weapons today that come anywhere NEAR moon busting.

So in short, yes, it would be a hunt. A hunt that lasted a few years, of Goku hunting down every human on the planet, and destroying them. That's why he was sent to Earth in the first place.

You're missing the point. Yes, he can go great ape but once he change back, his body is vulnerable (because he would be knocked out). This gives man kind a chance to capture him. He would wreck shop at night but when the sun come out, his body is vulnerable. It's not like they'll have a hard time finding him either. Going ape would get him killed and during the time he was ape mode, the only thing he did was punch on a building. I don't see that being benificial for him. He needs to stay in his kid form to win this or achieve anything.

No, YOU'RE missing the point.

You're acting like he didn't attack anything as a great ape, other than a few buildings. If he see's someone, HE WILL ATTACK THEM, especially if they attack him. He was chasing Bulma, Yamcha, Oolong and Puar, for god sake, after destroying Pilaf's castle.

When he see's an army of thousands of humans, complete with tanks and planes and such, he's going to go on a rampage, and destroy them all with his fire-breath. And even though he never demonstrated it, he presumably has mouth blasts too, which are vastly more powerful than nuclear bombs. Hell, if enough were used, they could even destroy the whole planet, according to Piccolo.

And Kid Goku can be woken up pretty easily, even after reverting to humanoid form. He woke up fast enough to continue his fight with Roshi, after Roshi blew up the moon. And the tournament announcer forgot to do the count at first, but the lapse of time was barely greater than 10 seconds. And not to mention that the human governments would have even less success capturing Goku than they did Cell, as Goku would be TRYING to avoid them.

And you're forgetting one major factor here- Kid Goku still has his Saiyan mind training. He would TRY to destroy all life on Earth, even as an Oozaru. Meaning that he would just go around attacking humans, destroying entire cities at a time, and keep in mind that cities are massive in DBZ, as there are only 43 cities in the entire world. Anyway, it's also very possible that Goku would know the other Saiyan techniques, such as flight. This would make him practically impossible to track down by the governments, since his flight speed would still be thousands of times faster than any planes.

The only chance Earth has, is if Kami goes to Earth, and kills Kid Goku when the full moon isn't out. Or if Kami and Piccolo fuse. In the second instance, Goku doesn't have a chance, even as a Great ape. Picc-ami would probably have a power level around what a not much above-average Namekian fighter had, but it would be PERFECTLY capable of taking out even Oozaru Kid Goku, since an average Namekian warrior had a power level of around 5,000 or so. So Picc-ami might have a power level of around 10,000, which would make him capable of handling Goku even after he grew up, and went Great Ape.

But yeah, Piccolo and Kami would never fuse when Piccolo was still a demon, and Piccolo would most likely be vaporized by Goku, when Pilaf unsealed him and had them fight. Piccolo would probably win initially, but Goku would manage to at least escape, and wait until the full moon came, to go attack and destroy Piccolo.
