Ventress in all three.

Probably a good fight though

i'm thinking Sora Bulq has a strong chance also, Probably 50-50
- Head of the Dark Acolytes (although this was a bit before Ventress prime)
- outclassed Tholme (not that powerfull in the grand scheme of things but still above the vast majority of jedi at the time)
- was outclassing Quinlan Vos until the latter got in lucky strike for plot-sake.

Ventress slaughtered Tholme in the newest book, has pressed Mace Windu (without being familiar with Bulq's form like Mace) in Legends, held off a bloodlusted Quinlan Vos (barely), defeated Kit Fisto, fought evenly with Plo Koon, fought evenly with Kenobi, and held her ground against Anakin/Kenobi at once. She seems more skilled to me at least.

She's also more powerful in the force, ragdolling Desh, causing avalanches, collapsing ceilings, hurling pillars at Anakin, putting Kenobi in stasis etc. Bulq has only shoved Mace.
