This depends on how you take Filoni's comments about the Inquisitor, and where you rank the iteration of Kyle that took on Sariss.

Personally, I think the Inquisitor's only real edge is his unique hilt, but his skill pales in comparison to Sariss'.

The Inquisitor's strange lightsaber is something of an advantage, but I'd think that his skill isn't on par with Sariss'.
