I think the terrain would have a big impact, however though they are comparable as Force users Dooku is probably more refined and intelligent in his use of the Force. And if anyone is more powerful it's most likely Dooku.

Dooku is a Sith Lord who has studied at the foot of Darth Sidious himself. No mere acolyte of the Empire is going to be able to defeat him
