I think so yeah. One-shotting Revan is not an easy task.

Revan Vitiate isn't better than ROTS Sidious, so that's rather doubtful.

Talzin is capable of defeating Vitiate on her own personal nexus imo. On neutral ground it'd be Vitiate's game.
