Well, marvel and dc characters are quite a bit more powerful. If strength and durability were equalized, Jax would mop the floor with him.

But let's make it 100% fair by adding the 2nd scenario - Jax w/o bionic arms vs. Cage w/o powers.

Hey, Armless Tiger Man from Marvel and Armless Master-whatever-he's-called from DC are ultra skilled! Well, maybe ATM not so much

Anyway, Jax does have arms afaik, it's just strength-enhancing armor on them.

Jax should be a better fighter, should but considering Cages history and the experience he should have aquired over the years, especially since he and iron Fist spend a lot of nights together, I could imagine him being a better h2h fighter than most would give him credit for. I think Jax wins 6/10.
