Round 2: Bucky gets Caps shield

Who wins?

The Shield seals it.

Really depends:

If Robo* is like the dimwit shooters and just shoots directly at the shield, Bucky closes the distance and then decapitates Robo with the shield.

If Robo uses his computer-targeting to target the parts of Bucky that are not being protected by the shield, Bucky goes down from handgun and submachine-gun fire.

*I'm assuming it's reboot Robo here

What exactly is considered "standard gear" for Winter Soldier though? He uses a variety of weapons throughout Cap 2. If it's just his machine pistols, backup pieces and 2 knives, he is in trouble, because those things will just tickle Murphy. If he gets things like his grappling hook, assault rifle with grenade launcher, or that magnetic grenade launcher thing he used against Fury, he could hurt Alex really badly. He also carries grenades IIRC.

I was thinking along the lines of the weapons he had we attacked Cap n crew on the freeway.

He was pretty heavily armed for the bridge fight. The assault rifle with grenade launcher, machine pistols, grenades, backup handguns and knives. Given that he is also strong enough to kick a guy like 30 feet into a jet engine, jump off high bridges like skipping off a porch, fast enough to react to and dodge machine pistol fire, and amped and skilled enough to match himself physically against Cap, I'd say that these factors, in combination his large arsenal of weapons, could get him the win.

Reboot Murphy's skills/feats/weaponry isn't impressive...
