Hal can't do anything. Some say reboot didn't affect GLs, but it clearly did, as Hal is nothing more than an incompetent fool. He even tries joking like Spider-Man, which makes his already poor character even worse.

Well he was a bit underwhelming during the initial storyline, but i figured he'd evened out.
I chose that time period to match up against a weaker Hulk version, rather than just doing more experienced vs green...
