From the makers of The Wire

Yeah, watched the first two episodes. Quite some balls to take on a topic like this. But I found it compelling. And surprisingly actual...

Just watched the first. It's oddly niche but good. The 80s setting is very well done. A tough topic to hold people's interest though so probably best it's only a 3 part mini series.

queeq
It's six episodes.

I kinda like this thus far.

Enjoyed the second episode. Acting and cinematography are both excellent. Definitely a small target audience though.

Finished this last night, overall a good series; recommend it, but it ended weaker than it started. EP5-6 were not as engaging as the first four.

Oscar Issac is a solid actor. Looking forward to seeing more of him.

solid?

my dick is solid, tart.

Oscar Isaac is phenomenal.

That's not what my grandpa said.

How would you know? You've just heard about him thanks to me.

Tried watching this show, some parts are like the Wire but set in the 80's. But this show is no where as good as The Wire. I stopped watching it since the 3rd ep.

It was alright. Bit underplayed on all counts, I think.
