Moonstone has flight, super strength, photon energy projection, intangibility, gravity control and molecular control. The latter 2 are kinda on the low end for herald level characters.

moonstone is tough, but way out of her league here. monica is a monster, but i can't see how she would beat those 2. supergirl is also a lightspeeder. hard to think of a way they could capture/ko monica though if she remains in energy form. she has been beaten many times, but often through cis, so having her in these matches is tricky....
