Leon from RE4 vs 50 Cent from 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand.

Round 1: Straight gunfight in Village from RE4.
Weapons: Leon has his Combat Knife, Blacktail with 80 bullets, Handcannon with 3 rounds, Stryker with 30 buckshots, TMP with 300 rounds, Rifle(semi-auto) with 30 rounds, 5 grenades, 5 flashbangs and a Rocket launcher that used to kill Saddler with 1 rocket.
50 Cent has a brass knucle, two Desert Eagles with 30 rounds, Ithaca 37 with 25 buckshots, two Micro-Uzis with 300 rounds, scoped AR-15 with 30 rounds, 5 grenades, 5 smoke grenades and a RPG with 1 rocket.

Round 2: Knife fight on the same place where Leon fought Krauser. Leon has his Knife from RE4 and 50 Cent has a large Survival Knife.

Round 3: H2H inside a empity warehouse.

Round 4: Team gunfight between Leon, Ada, Chris and Jake vs 50 Cent and G-Unit crew: Tony Yao, Lloyd Banks and DJ Whoo Kid. Everyone gets an Colt M1911A1, Mossberg 500, Norinco Type 56 and 5 grenades. The fight takes place in the Downtown of L.A.

Round 5: Team H2H between Leon, Chris, Ada and Jake vs 50 Cent and G-Unit inside an abandoned warehouse.
