vs. Darth Maul

Round 1: Canon feats only

Round 2: EU feats/Canon

Battle takes place on neutral ground

I'd say Anakin. He is close to physically matching Maul and although I'd give the edge to Maul he's not far behind. Their force abilities are employed similarly although Anakin's raw power should match Maul's if not surpass it. I think the match would come down to way of the blade, in which I think Anakin would eventually emerge victorious.

Early in TCW I'd say split.

Late in TCW then defo Anakin.

Skywalker, Maul is very fortunate the council didn't send Skywalker to deal with him with Gallia instead of Kenobi.

If you ask me they should of sent both Kenobi and Skywalker. The brothers would have no chance.
