How are we supposed to come up with a verdict if we currently have no information on Ahsoka's combative abilities in Rebels.

Ahsoka. She will most definitely have improved since the clone wars.

She did have a brief duel against Vader while aided by Kanan and Ezra, if memory serves me right.

She hasn't encountered Vader at all in combat.

Memory served me wrong... I'm sad now.

I went to go rewatch the Ezra/Kanan vs Vader fight, and it turns out she did not make an appearance. Totally should've though.

Though, its doubtful that Vader is going to stomp her, as things look now.
