Cole Macgrath from Infamous 1 and Infamous 2 vs Batman from Arkham games

Round 1: Cole gets his upgrades and Good Karma powers from Infamous 1 and Infamous 2. Batman gets his gear from Arkham Games. Battle in Stilwater from Saints Row 1 and 2

Round 2: H2H battle. Both using their barehands. Battle in an abadoned Island

Who will win? The Battery or The Dark Knight?

Isn't Cole "Meta" while Arkhamverse Bats is only "Street Level".... If so he stomps round 1, not sure about round 2 since I never played Infamous 1 and 2, but one day I will play it.

Oh yeah, now i'm using both have 2 hours 30 minutes of prep time in round 1

Cole stomps in Round 1, Batman stomps in Round 2.

Cole can create lightning tornadoes from scratch.
