Fully powered Talzin approaches RotS Sidious level. Plagueis likewise.

SWTOR Vitiate is on their level, but not Revan.

Vitiate > Talzin.
Revan > Plagueis.

Oneness is a different story, though.

Oneness happens maybe 3 times at most in someone's life. I don't see it popping up in versus match-ups unless specifically stated given how rare it is.

I can see him getting to 4, tbh.
