Setting 1:

1.Exar Kun, his form is just far too well balanced for Vader to break with his own form, that primarily being Form V, the chosen form of the day for Kun's era.
2.Exar Kun's offensive powers would eventually win a tough fight, whilst Vader's TK would be effective, it doesn't make up for lacking any kind of counter to Kun's Sith magics.
3.Kun wins a good fight, his ability to render lightsabers inert as well as his Blasts, hax Lightning and his tendrils is way too much an advantage.

Setting 2:

1.The outcome is the same as before, as a nexus amp boons them both.
2.Exar Kun quite frankly stomps. His deathray Blasts would be devastating here.
3.Kun rips him apart because his Force techniques would be far more effective.

Not sure tbh. Extremely close fight imho. Slightly leaning towards Vader.
