Luffy from Arlong arc vs Rock Lee from Chuunin Exam arc.

Round 1: In character.

Round 2: Bloodlusted.

Everything is permited.

They have some knowledge about each other.

They fights on Chuunin Exam Arena.

It is not hyperbole to say that Rock Lee can do absolutely nothing to Luffy.

Luffy brought down Arlong Park at the end of the East Blue arc. He kicks Lee to the curb here, bloodlusted or not.

Hard enough shots do some damage even with his rubber, I can see five gates doing some, but yea, Lee is ill-suited for this task, all hits are at significantly reduced damage, so Luffy simply outlasts him and wins. It takes awhile with Lee's speed, but sooner or later he's going to try his lotuses and then slow down.


It'd take at least post-skip 6 gate (i.e. fire punching gate) Lee.
