Round 1: They are hunting each other in Rome from XVI century.
Weapons and gears: Sam has his suit from Conviction, Karambit, Trifocal Googles with sonar and thermal vision, FN Five-seveN with 30 rounds, Tactical Crossbow with 40 shock bolts, 5 Frag Grenades and 5 Smoke Grenades.
Ezio has a Armor of Altair, Hiden and Hook Blade, Hidden Gun with 20 rounds, Sultan's Knife, Sword of Altair, 30 throwing knives, Crossbow with 25 bolts, 5 Splinter Bombs and 5 Smoke Bombs.

Round 2: Ezio and 2 crews with a Tank from Brotherhood vs Fisher with FN Five-seveN with 200 rounds, Benelli M4 with 50 buckshots and 40 slugs and SC-20K w/Grenade Launcher with 500 rounds and 3 Grenade shells. They fights ouside the walls of Monteriggioni and starts 150 meters each other.

Round 3: Knife fight on the same place Ezio fought Cesare. Ezio has a Channeled Cinquedea and Fisher has his Karambit from Blacklist.

Final Round: H2H without weapons on the same place Ezio fought Rodrigo in H2H.

Who wins and why?

Hmm... Ezio stomps

Sam takes all 3 rounds. His equipment can detect people much better than Eagle Vision in round 1. He'd find Ezio before Ezio found him. And then he'd shoot him in the face.

In round 2, Sam blows da Vinci's tank up with the grenade rounds(no way that thing stands up to 3 of them), and pops off the remaining people with his rifle.

Without weapons Sam should also win. He's exhibited superhuman strength in pretty much all his games, and he's just a better fighter than Ezio.

I agree with King about the first two rounds but I disagree about the other two

Round 3: Ezio should take this one. He is far more experienced in in melee combat than snake is and he has way more training as well. Sam only goes with melee when he has to while Ezio constantly does it and with great efficiency. Ezio is known to be outnumbered in his fights and still comes on top, beating many squads of trained soilders (some which are elite) while still being able to walk away without being injured at all.

Final Round: Ezio should win here, although Sams H2H can be brutal Ezio is a master at close quarters combat. Before he was even trained at the beginning of AC2 he was taking on multiple people at once while still holding his ground. Ezio also has more experience in H2H and has fought armored guards with his bare hands before.
