Where Galen's Saber skills have been described as "near perfect," Ventress's have been described as excellent yet "Undisciplined" and "Not Perfect."

So I'd go with the guy whose mastered Soresu and Juyo, and who is generally more powerful in the Force whatever the application (Sabers or Tk).
