I'd go with Muur, his absorption + addition thing should help him in a force fight.

In the end, I'd go with Nadd in a very good fight. The powers of both King Ommin and Queen Amanoa, two very powerful force users in their own right, have the entirety of their powers derived from a fraction of Spirit!Nadd's power. In physical form the dude would be a complete beast.
