I think the new female Inquisitor is Ezra's mom Mira. She just looks different because she's been corrupted by the dark side.

Now that you posted scans, Im more sure. She looks like she could be Mira. I'm telling you; Lucasfilm wants to make the same twist, like Vader telling Luke he was his father.

She looks literally nothing like Mira.

Yeah, this newest trailer makes it pretty obvious the Seventh Sister and Mira are two different people, lol.
