Street can get kind of ridiculous too, though. Akuma busted an island and can kill souls, for example (Although it should be mentioned nearly everyone he's "killed" survived or got better. )

My gut says Danny based on beating a king of hell (For the second time in his career) and more mundane feats like riding a kamehameha like wave across dimensions without taking a scratch. But it depends on the extent of Bisons power set..

Akuma is Akuma, though. The most wanked character in SF. He seemed to be bored by Bison even before the Psycho Drive was destroyed.

Bison holds his own some before getting teamed up, since either one of team 2 destroys Sagat
