Reborn Krayt? Dooku probably just edges it.

I'd go Krayt. He's got double blade, and his strength in the force lets him amp his stats more.

Krayt in my opinion.

I'd give Krayt the slight edge due to superior physical ability and approaching skill. He'd likely outlast Dooku before the latter finds the mistake in Krayt's technique he's looking for.
