Zannah. She can fight evenly with Bane. His status as the Sith'ari makes him the perfect being and Sith. He also fought evenly with Kas'im decades before his prime. Bane also was able to contend with Raskta Lsu, who is described as to have killed more Sith with her lightsaber than the Thought Bomb. I don't see how Anakin even remotely compares to someone who compares to someone who compares to someone who did something impressive.

Yoda fought Sidious and Dooku fought Anakin and Yoda.

All Zannah can do in a duel is hold out in a count down until death. Zannah has trouble mounting a offensive in general but against someone like Anakin she's out of her depth.

Zannah can counter with a kick and knock off Anakins offense
