Malak, analytic + speed blitz....

Ti has the physical advantage due to clearly better feats in that regard and no other reliable comparison. For lightsaber mastery, she battered Galen while Malak got battered by Revan twice, and was one of the best Mando batterers when he was a Jedi. Toughie, but Ti's probably got that edge too. Doesn't hurt that she's swimming in dueling accolades now, and her form has been expounded on (Makashi/Ataru).
