I don't want to apply a no-limits falacy to Sorrow, so I'd lean Darkseid, but really I'm just making that up.

The only reason Sorrow's gaze might affect Darkseid, is because it owned the Wizard Shazam:

Yeah, incapacitating Shazam in his place of power makes that feat a lot more impressive... But we're still dealing with Darkseid here.

V&V was pretty good. One of my favorite scenes.

Sorrow is a BEAST.

BTW, that's Dr. Fate, Kyle, Sentinel, Stargirl, and Firestorm. An uber team that got owned.
