I know they're the same person, but which incarnation of the beautiful Sith Entity is stronger?

I think the only time we get to see his peak is chapter 1 ending.

Yeah, Valkorion is his strongest incarnation yet.

From what I know of Valk, he should logically be stronger.

It his Vitiate achievement....
