CA every single time.

KingD19
Herc should take it.

Stoic
What did CA Superman do?

SquallX
It's not what he did, but more of what he represents. This Superman is the ultimate of plot devices. This Superman is a story within a story.

What about feats though? I thought that feats outweighed everything? If not we could say that the Sentry was as powerful as a million exploding stars and call him the winner of every battle before it begins.

LordofBrooklyn
Hercules is destroyed.

Mandrakk I was the literal embodiment of anti-story, who literally ate stories and the very concept. He was referred to as the "ultimate enemy".

Cosmic Armor Superman represented the opposite - the ultimate story - that, in short, could never be destroyed.

It's literally a plot device. Literally.

Based off fts Herc wins.

Feats get swept under the carpet now huh. Any other time people ask for feats. Now that it's ca superman in question, feats don't matter, just words of mouth.

Cosmic Armor Superman was literally bigger than Multiverse.

He was fighting Mandrakk who was draining the entire multiverse to amp himself and killing Monitors in one attacks.

And he was adapting to all those attacks on the fly and getting stronger.

At that level he would beat anyone short of a supreme being.

What battle feats does Herc have?

We can then compare them to Superman's battle feats.

Simples.

Normal Superman will suffice here

Normal Superman is not beating End Chaos King Hercules in a fight.

But Supermans high end feats are greater

So how many people actually read Superman Beyond?

And how many understood it... because in the Anime vs Forum you will get an reply like this:

"The writers intention doesn't matter."

IOW, the words of the Forum member and his logic > what the writer put on panel...

The writer's intention doesn't always matter. Sadly for them, Morrison took his intent and plaintly plastered it on the page for all to read.

Any example of when it wouldn't matter?

When it's contradicted by the on-panel statements, are generally when I would have issue with it.

1 out of 1000 who dare to talk about it, sadly.

Anyhow, the winner is obvious.
