Eh, I'd take Vader in physical strength and durability. I don't think that makes me mentally retarded.

^ I'd even put Vader's TK above Sidious, given his new Canon feats under Disney. Obviously not by a significant amount, still that's clearly another aspect where Vader could be =/> Palpatine.
