Not sure what your finance situation is, but you can get a cheap refurbished laptop for as low as $80.00, sure it will be am older Core2Duo processor, but that's fast enough to surf the interweb, make post and stream porn.

i don't listen, they have a app that has a cut off timer linked into my wifi
