Vader said that Luke was the strongest opponent he'd ever faced.

How old is that quote? Because Luke as of TESB being more challenging than someone like ****ing Starkiller is absolutely insane.

The quote is from the 80's, I believe. Even two decades after that, it was believed that Vader had faced no Jedi recently except Ben Kenobi in ANH.

Still, Luke is post-Starkiller.

Well Ben Kenobi was clearly a bigger challenge than ESB Luke anyway.
