By "no sell", I mean act like it doesn't even exist.

Webbings completely immobilized Rogue and Luke Cage, and a half cartridge stalled even Thing (Leaving to speculate what a full cart could do.)

Lord Rand had to tap into the Iron Fist to break two thin strands of the stuff. And it was still an effort.
