Sise-Neg. He wasn't a creation of "God". He WAS "God".

He was THE "God" and responsible for creating the MU.

That doesn't really mean anything.

Lucifer was created a Multiverse, he's a God, but the Presence is still more powerful than him.

The Source Wall was responsible for creating the New Gods, he's a God in way, but still pale in comparison to the Presence.

Creating the MU is a bad ass feat, but that doesn't put him above TOA/Presence.

Lucifer created NOTHING under his own power. He had the know how and ability to shape his brother's energy but that's it. Without Michael, Lucifer wouldn't have created a pretzel.

Seis-Neg created the MU and everything in it.

"God" > creation of "God" that's just common sense.

laughing out loud

Michael stomps.

Prof. T.C McAbe
Sissy was the god of a single Universe, an argument can be made for a Universe+. Michael was Multiversal. I would go with Mike.

Michael wins easily.

CortSether
Whether or not Sise-Neg decided to re-create only one universe or all universes in the end, it's very clear that Sise-Neg was absorbing the magic from beyond a single universe.

1) He stated he'd have control over the universe "and beyond".
2) Strange and Mordo just before that had their power drained from them while in a void outside of the universe Sise-Neg was currently in, and they both get weak because of it. That alone shows Sise-Neg's scope of power was beyond universal.
3) Author and co-author said Sise-Neg was "the God" and not just "a god".

Supreme Being within Marvel>>>>>> Michael aka not God. Case closed.

Sise-neg loses, sporto.

No. Don't buy into the Michael and Lucifer fanwank.

Prof. T.C McAbe
There are so many beings that aquire powers, Universal or even below and think they are the God, Sise-Neg was Universal+ at best, like the HOTU and the IG, THE God of his Universe, maybe some dimension linked to it but that's it.

CortSether
^ And Michael isn't the supreme being of anything so he still loses.

Zack M
Nope.

That makes no sense.

So because Michael's not a supreme being, he loses?

Mr Master
^^ Well, if he was a supreme being he would stalemate, so ... there's not much wiggle room. oooh

Just because he was a supreme being in his universe doesn't mean he would win.

SquallX
He's just trolling, it seems that Mr. Master has decided to troll a few threads for the fun of it.

Mr Master
^^ ... not this time my friend.

Btw. my "troll" instant came and went.

It was an enchanting moment, but savor it cause that's not me.

Actually, he was the supreme being of Marvel!

But let's take your word for a sec cause I'm in the mood to trap yall now.

You say: ... "he was the supreme being in his universe" ...

Exactly what "universe" is that?

Let's start there.

We're using neutral settings here. So you're saying Sise-Neg surpassed Marvel's true god?

... He became Marvel's "God."

This is like a "tier" in Marvel imo, only a select few have claimed the prize.

This is based on a mixture of:
feats/character statements/on panel writer narration/story context and sometimes writer intentions.

Mr. Master does not troll, apologize.

It sounds like it.

Did restarting the MU drain Sise-Neg? How did he stop being "the God"?

No, not either way. Michael is literally God's infinite power. He can expend infinite energy and still have infinite more.

Not to an Universal and hence inferior power like Sise-Neg. Not only is Mike more powerful, he is also far more intelligent.
