Default forum scenario has 0.5km starting distance between opponents, so Kitty will know there is one hundred of them. Featureless environment also decreases/eliminates the chance of a surprise attack.

Kitty should stomp. The only problem is that she doesn't kill - which means she'll need to KO everyone, repeatedly if they get up... so she could theoretically get tired before having them all unconscious, but Pryde has pretty good endurance, even while using her power nonstop.
