no hammer for thor, no board for surfer. they just slug it out like wildmen, no martial arts tek whon doo crap just them going at it. if surfer cant compete he can amp his striking if need be but must have feats to back it up.

And his durabilty is able to easily withstand physical shots from mjonir and stormbreaker,planet amped skaar,she hulk without flinching,mindless hulk's punches,among other things,while he has shown to easily hurt thor level beings

Basically his punches can hurt thor,and his durabilty can withstand thor's punches,and he can amp to thor's level(assuming he isn't there) and above

He also dragged hulk to space like a child,and easily stopped his attack,before taking his power

Another of his few strength amping feats is the surfer vs morg,where a pissed off surfer and morg amped and clashed,blowing the planet and splitting the moon...same morg had just dealt with airwalker and firelord...the latter whom has always been a match for thor and hercules.

Thor through skill and small edge in strength even if Surfer amps. Surfer may have a small edge in durability though. Damage soak to Thor. So yeah Thor in a fairly close one.
