batwoman falls in love at first sight. She then spends the rest of the fight hitting on widow while widow repeatedly hits her.

They scissor. We win.

If BW gets DEO tech, she wins.

I think Batwoman's gear helps her even the odds. I think Widow has a pure physical edge though, and probably a skills one as well.

Black Widow wins in a really tough fight.

Going with Batwoman. Especially after her last series. Her new toys will give her the edge, even though BW has enhanced stats.
