Apoc stalemated HE without going giant. Safe to say Nur is Galactus level, then.

everyone uses that apoc showing, but really is wasn't much of a fight. HE has actually devolved and evolved galactus, though he was ko'd iirc. still. HE is sort of a cosmic iron man. shifting size, de-evolution beams, tp, phasing, crazy energy absorbing feats up the wazoo. he's pretty easily taken down thor and has matter manip powers. i remember when he removed sabes' nervous system from his body. lol he's a bit plot devicey, so while he does have some lesser showings, he has plenty of high ones. his tech is crazy at times. i can't see anyway IM would put him down--normally tony has the tech advantage, but can't see it happening here. no way he'd take over HE's armor, but i could def see HE taking over tony's. at his best HE is solidly trans imo, but his showings make him hard to consistently place.

From what i gleaned on HE, i thought a no prep battle, just his armor's resources, would be doable here.
