Does sivaa have any feats or is this a new character in DC?? I liked the whole replacement god thing. Going with Mangog for now

Highfather was so sure of this, that he was willing to sacrifice himself(and Darkseid) to stop S'ivaa.

In that very same issue, we learned what ALL the worlds of existence truly meant:

This means S'ivaa would have not only destroyed ALL worlds in ALL 3-Dimensional universeS, but also ALL worlds in the 4th World/Dimension as well(which, as those scans state, is infinitely more vast than the 3rd Dimension.)

S'ivaa could also rip open holes in the cosmos by merely scratching the fabric of existence:

I believe so. After all, once we learned that Boom Tubes scaled the New Gods' size depending what dimension they were traveling to, it didn't really need to be mentioned again.

However, we know this concept was still in play as recently as Final Crisis, given that Darkseid cast a shadow over the entire multiverse when he began his fall from the 4th World into the 3rd dimension:
